We will follow up with you shortly thereafter to gather more information about your business and your goals and to detail our design process making sure that you are involved in every step.

Our average build time is 7-10 business days. This can however vary depending on how complex your project is and how many pages you require. Your Design Manager should be able to give you a more accurate timescale once they’ve discussed the project with you.

Once you sign up, we will charge you right away for website plan fees.

You can choose our package to represent your business: Home, About Us, Services, Map; Directions, Contact Us. We will work with you to customize the colors, photos, logos, and other artwork on your website.

Initial Consultation – 3 – 5 Business Days: Our website team will conduct a consultation call with you, to gather additional information is needed to complete the setup.

First Mock – 10 Business Days: Based on the information provided during the consultation call, our developers will design a website, which includes your chosen color scheme and logo, images and sends it for approval. If any revisions are needed, one round of revisions can be submitted by replying to the email.

Second Mock – 10-15 Business Days: Once the layout is approved, we will build out the site and populate it with industry-specific content provided by client. We will also provide industry-specific images if none are supplied and sends it for approval. If any revisions are needed, one round of revisions can be submitted by replying to the email.

Site Publication – 15-20 Business Days: After the deliverables have been submitted, we will complete the look and feel of the site with site optimization tasks. Once your website is live, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the site.

Notes:

  • The production timeline will be adjusted in cases where additional pages, custom billable hours are added to an order.
  • We will directly contact you via email and phone to ensure we deliver on the set timeline.
  • Timelines may vary based on your responsiveness.

One of our website experts will walk you through the process of redirecting your existing domain name to the new website.

You can request a cancellation of the site by deactivating the website plan from website account (or by emailing our team) – we will take care of all cancellation and product deactivations once requested.

Yes, we’ll make sure of it. Your Design Manager will work closely with you to ensure that your website is designed just the way you want it. You’ll be given the opportunity to review your site throughout the design process to be sure that we’re heading in the right direction.

For our plans, we require a service agreement depending on the duration you select when sign-up. This agreement is established before initial payment.

We accept all major credit cards. On sign-up, you will be charged the first payment or deposit. For the second payment, you will be sent an invoice to pay via credit card. You may save your card on file for future payments. At any time you can log in and change the card on file. Having a credit card on file is the best way to make sure you never inadvertently lose access to our services.

Yes, Each additional page comes at an added cost of $15/month each.
